1. How do I know that this product is suitable for me?

If you are  16-60 years of age and do not suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart problems and neither are you pregnant nor a breast-feeding mother.

If you wish to have a healthy and safe way to curb your appetite and feel good at the same time while preserving your energy.

This product is natural, drug-free, and its antioxidant properties contribute to natural weight loss: it may increase the desire to consume more water, eat smaller portions of food, which is healthier and lighter, without having to constantly feel hungry.

Above all, this product helps to make weight management easier. If you wish to start a healthier lifestyle, then this product is definitely for you. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases. There may be as many different results as there are people. Always consult  a trained nutritionist / fitness expert before starting any weight loss program.

2. Can I add sugar or milk?

Absolutely, you can add  both milk and sugar without it changing the effect of the product. We recommend those who normally use 2 sugars to sweeten their coffee to add just 1 sugar to the product , because it already has a naturally sweeter taste. Customers have said that the product resembles the flavour of latte or Nescafe 3 in 1.

3. How much water should I drink per day?

Because it is a very powerful natural food supplement, you should follow the instructions on the package. There is a widespread opinion that we should drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, a total of about 2 litres. We recommend that you drink at least 2 litres of water per day. You may notice the impact after a couple of days already, and experience slight dry mouth. When consuming green coffee, you may drink even more water if you feel thirsty more often than usual.

4. What else should I do to lose weight faster while drinking Healthy Attitude Coffee/Tea ?

The most important thing is to drink more water, eat more fruits and vegetables, and it is important that your food is diverse. And always remember to eat regularly.

5. Should I also simultaneously follow a diet or work out?

This product can in some cases help you lose weight slowly without dieting or working out. However, as we all know, it’s in our own interest to eat healthy and not forget moderate physical activity at the same time. The results are more effective and permanent this way. The product will help you either way, but it’s up to you which goals you wish to achieve. There may be as many different results as there are people, even when using the same method.

6. I am taking non-prescription/prescription medicine, can I drink HEALTHY ATTITUDE Coffee/Tea?

If you are taking non-prescription/prescription medicine, we recommend that you consult your doctor or a general practitioner before starting any weight loss program. Your doctor or family physician is the most appropriate professional advisor to tell you whether this product is suitable for you or not.

7. How long will it take to start seeing the results?

It could take about 7-10 days, and in some cases even longer (depending on the person's body type, eating habits, and physical activity). The results depend on the distribution of fat on the body; some customers may at first only lose centimetres off their stomach, thighs, etc.,  while others just lose weight. Feedback has shown that you may be able to lose 3-6 kg in a month (it varies).

8. Will I regain the weight when I stop drinking Healthy Attitude Coffee/Tea?

Do not stop drinking Healthy Attitude Coffee/Tea immediately after reaching your ideal weight (goal), reduce consumption gradually. For example, once or twice a week. Watch your diet and continue eating regularly. Try to refrain from late-night snacking (no more than 2 h before bedtime) and drink less sweetened beverages (sugars) in a large quantities.

9. Can it cause diarrhoea or have any side effects?

It does not cause any stomach discomfort or diarrhoea. However, some may experience constipation after 3-5 days of using the product if they do not drink enough water. There are normally no side effects as it’s made of herbs and does not contain any chemical preservatives.

10. Is drinking Healthy Attitude Coffee/Tea limited to, for example, only men or only women?

Anyone can consume the product. Healthy Attitude coffee/tea does not contain ingredients that stimulate male or female sex hormones.

11. Can I continue drinking HEALTHY ATTITUDE Coffee/Tea during my period?

Drinking Healthy Attitude Coffee/Tea during the period depends on the woman herself. Because women’s organisms are different and also at their weakest at this time of the month, some women may feel more fatigue and even suffer from headaches. In this case, continue drinking coffee/tea after your period is over. Do not worry, it will not affect the slimming process. Some women continue drinking coffee/tea during their period and have not noticed any changes.

12. When and how should I drink it?

Drink it every morning on an empty stomach. Mix one packet of Healthy Attitude coffee (10 g) with 100 ml of hot or warm water. Wait at least 10-15 minutes before breakfast. In some cases, the amount of water may vary (30 ml-150 ml). At first, we suggest drinking it with 100 ml of water, and after a short time you can try it with less water.

PS: Do not drink more than one packet a day.

13. What effect does coffee have on the organism during the fat burning process?

Your first emotion after drinking the first packet may be slight anxiety and a feeling of nausea, as the immune system tries to adapt to the Healthy Attitude Coffee/Tea. Some people may have trouble falling asleep at night, in which case you should drink coffee every other day instead of every day. Consumption usually makes you feel thirsty, when the fat burning process is on-going. Some may even experience heat waves on the body, in which case make sure to drink plenty of water so you wouldn’t become ill. Drinking water helps to speed up the slimming process.

14. How many packs should I drink to see the result?

You should consume at least three packs (36 to 54 days of consumption); this is recommended for new users.

15. How many bags are in one pack?

Each pack contains 18 sachets, 10 g per packet, for 18 days of consumption.

16. How to move on after reaching the desired weight or goal?

You can reduce your daily intake to half a packet a day to help you continue eating healthy. You may also stop using the product altogether once you have managed to maintain controlled eating and are able to combine it with healthy eating. Others may keep it as a back-up in case they fall off track and can no longer hold themselves back (during weekends or holidays).
